The integrated circuit industry has now become a new calling card for Chongqing's manufacturing sector.

The 6th Global Semiconductor Industry Chongqing Expo will be held from May 7–9, 2024, at the Chongqing International Expo Center, with a planned exhibition area of 30,000 m² and 500 well-known enterprises participating. This industry event integrates "exhibition display, exchange and promotion, supply-demand matchmaking, and interactive experiences" into one powerful gathering!

The 2024 Global Semiconductor Industry (Chongqing) Expo will be held on May 7, 2024, in Chongqing. The exhibition is organized by the Chongqing Electronic Society, Chongqing Semiconductor Industry Association, Chongqing Power Supply Society, Sichuan Electronic Society, and other institutions. The 2024 Chongqing Semiconductor Exhibition is themed "Bringing Together Wisdom to Create Chips, Shaping the Future Together," with a scale of 30,000 m² of exhibition space. The exhibition focuses on hot topics in the semiconductor industry, showcasing innovative products and technological achievements across the entire industrial chain. In addition to the themed exhibition area, multiple high-level interactive events will be held concurrently, including sessions on "New Challenges, New Solutions – Helping the Industry Achieve Rapid Innovation and Transformation," where semiconductor industry leaders and technical professionals from academia and industry will explore new trends in semiconductor development.

The previous edition brought together 300 well-known industry exhibitors, covering an exhibition area of 15,000 m². Over the three-day event, it attracted a total of 12,000 professional visitors for exchanges. During the exhibition, the "4th Future Semiconductor Industry Development Summit" was grandly held, featuring a main plenary session as well as multiple thematic forums on integrated circuits, IC design, packaging and testing, innovative materials, smartphones, automotive chips, and more.
